Refund Policy


Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from return. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Gift certificates will be mailed to you upon receipt of returned items.

If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver has shipped the order to himself for later gift to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be informed of your return.


You will be responsible for shipping the returned items. Freight is not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
